Admission Procedure

---

• Admission to the first semester of these language courses takes place in December / June.
• Admission to the coaching classes takes place only at the beginning of the academic session and after the first terminal examination conducted by the respective schools. Grade X students of all boards must take admission at the beginning of the academic session.
• External or New students aspiring to take admission in Madhav’s Institute of Tutorials and Languages, just need to secure minimum 50% of marks, in the annual exam of 2021-22, conducted by the respective schools; and must appear in admission test conducted by the institute. New admissions will be made subject to availability of seats.
• If the candidate fails to join institute for whatever reasons, after paying the 1st installment of tuition fee, the fees already paid to the institute - will not be refunded to the parents - the same fee is not transferrable to any other candidate and the un-availed admission does not hold good for the successive academic year/years too.
• Tuition fee is non-refundable unless the course has been cancelled by the management.
• The management reserves the right to admit or retain students in the institute. All the documents mentioned in the admission form are required to be submitted at the time of admission.

MODE OF PAYMENT :

• Payments may be made through Google pay, net banking or by depositing the fees directly to the bank account. Annual fees are payable in one stroke / two or six installments. Parents should ensure that an official 'Fee Receipt'is immediately obtained from the institute for any payment made to institute.
• The due dates for the installments of tuition fee are 1st to 5th of every month. Failure to pay any of the installments of the tuition fee - before the respective pay-by dates - attracts late payment fine of Rs.10/- per day commencing the very next day after the 'pay-by date' of every month.
